Ferro Optimum ingredients:
Bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate), ferrous fumarate, cupric gluconate, glazing agents (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, talc, carnauba wax), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), colour (iron oxide), stabiliser (glycerol).
Instructions
Take 1 chewable vitamin with 1 separate iron tablet daily. Preferably with a meal and not on an empty stomach. Our capsule is easiest to swallow with a sip of water or sugar-free drink. A tablespoon of sugar-free fruit purée will also do.

Do not take more than the recommended dose of all products. In addition, follow a healthy and varied diet with enough exercise.

Tips for intake

> You can take the chewable multivitamin at the same time as your Ferro Optimum tablet.
> The tablet can be easily taken with the following foods and quantities: a sip of water or other sugar-free drinks or a tablespoon sugar-free fruit puree or other liquid foods.
